This has been developed and improved over the last 7 years such that we now have a slick and pain free way of getting your ‘office in order'.
It is either done at the customer's premises or at File Express using our trained staff. Our tried and tested process includes:
- Free consultancy to advise on the best way to index and store the documents
- Making up boxes from the flat packs
- Placing documents in boxes
- Creating a computerised index (either every document or first and last)
- Each box is thoroughly checked by another ‘pair of eyes' to ensure 100% accuracy
- A spot check takes place to again check for accuracy by a staff member not involved in the process
- An easy to search catalogue with destruction dates is sent to the customer for their own records
- The inventory is automatically entered into the File Express document tracking system
