If you do not have the time or the inclination to destroy your documents, we can do it for you.

Our electronic document management system flags up in advance which documents are due for destruction. These are then brought to the customer's attention, as no destruction takes place without signed authority from the designated customer signatory.

Once you have given us that authority, we will prepare the documents for destruction and ensure that they are confidentially destroyed by cross-shredding, pulping and recycling. A certificate will then be sent as proof of this destruction.

In other words, we are constantly on top of your filing…..we are you eyes and ears! We will give you the peace of mind that you have control over your information and are not being charged for the storage of documents that could otherwise be destroyed.

You don't have to store your documents with us to make use of our destruction service. We can deliver empty destruction sacks to you and collect the sacks when full.
