Every box is logged into our bespoke electronic document management system, assigned a unique reference and location in one of the warehouses and carefully stacked on state of the art shelving.

The warehouses are all humidity controlled and protected by an extensive range of security measures. These include:

• Onsite personnel security
• Comprehensive fire detectors and intruder alarm systems linked to the emergency services
• Data is backed up every second and stored off-site
• Only authorised personnel are allowed into the warehouses and to access the systems
• No mention is made of the identity of existing customers without prior permission
